Cambridge Air Solutions Undergoes Executive Transition Powered by an Unique Culture

Finding a path outside of business norms, the transition will be guided by the company core values including unconditional love and courage.

ST. LOUIS (June 28, 2021) – Cambridge Air Solutions, a manufacturer of industrial and commercial HVAC equipment, will be formally transitioning the role of President consistent with the unique culture Cambridge has become known for around the world. Chairman & CEO John Kramer proudly announced Doug Eisenhart as incoming President replacing current President, Marc Braun.

“John’s (Kramer) commitment to building a leader-led, not leader dependent organization makes this type of transition possible.” Braun shared. Additionally, principles deep inside the culture and written about by Braun in “The Importance of Leaving Well,” have been helping guide the entire Cambridge Executive team in preparing the organization for this transition while continuing to meet growing client commitments through COVID.

“I have watched Marc grow in his role of President,” Kramer said. “He’s ready to launch and use his gifts and abilities to serve other companies like he has served Cambridge and I could not be more excited for him.”

For his part, Eisenhart is ready to step up to the challenge to continue the momentum of the company, thriving with the addition of a facility built solely to meet the increased demand for ventilation. He has been serving at Cambridge as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing as well as managing both the Engineering and Customer Service teams. Though he notes his proudest moments during the last eight years relate to his team embracing challenge and growing as leaders, it should be noted that his work to build the representative sales network and to expand the product offerings with the addition of evaporative cooling has established Cambridge as a sought-after partner making impactful change in the manufacturing and warehousing industries.

Eisenhart has also worked to shape the company around the intention to enrich another’s life as part of the driving factor of how the company conducts business. This guiding principle is so important to Eisenhart and the rest of the Cambridge Executive team that it sparked a company rebrand in 2020 establishing Enriching Lives as the tagline above any product or technology differentiator.

“As I transition into the role of President, I’m optimistic about the next wave of growth and innovation currently underway at Cambridge Air Solutions,” Eisenhart said. “The long term investment in people, facilities, and product innovation builds an organization that is not leader-dependent for success. Our various functional area teams are engaged and improving things in every area, every day.”

While exploring where Braun will serve next, he plans to continue speaking, writing, coaching, & learning as well as serving the larger Manufacturing community in his role as Chairman of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence beginning October 1st.
